Perfect for a lunch or dinner! Ingredients: tender (for a burger) 6 ounces of lean beef in spicy instant pleasure (No MSG), seasoned pepper, chopped onion and steamed 4:01 2.1 Disc Deluxe American cheese (you can substitute another type of cheese, if desired.) 1 flavorHamburger buns (I have a wheat Kaiser roll.)
