This video shows Betty how to prepare grilled boneless pork chops. These pork chops are tender and juicy and can be prepared in no time! Ingredients: 4 pork chops, boneless, about ½ inch thick Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, extra virgin olive oil (generous amount on both sides of pork chops, taste, cover) Warms (You can have up as you keep your grill!) outdoor barbecue. (You can kitchen electric grid, if you prefer.) Salt and pepper pork chopsas desired. Trickle of extra virgin olive oil over pork chops. Turn to coat pork with olive oil on both sides. Place pork chops on hot grill and cook until the underside is brown. Use tongs to turn all the pork chops and let them continue to cook until brown on both sides. Removed at this point, the pork chops and place them on a plate pleasant. Let rest for a while 'before cutting into it. To test for doneness, cut one into the deepest portion of the pork chops. The meat mustWhite. If it shows a pink, the pork chops back on grill and cook a little 'longer. * * Pork should be cooked all the way!
